Find The Edge Again: From Burned Out to Fired Up!
Whether you’re a leader at the helm of an organization or a professional at a crossroads in your career, you know a simple truth: in these complicated times, it’s more challenging than ever to feel motivated.

But that feeling of burnout, disengagement, and low morale is pernicious—once it sets in, it rarely just blows over. And if left unchecked, it can lead to a negative long-term effect on a company’s success.

So how do you hit the reset button to rekindle excitement, increase focus, and get folks fired up again? In his signature keynote, top live event and virtual keynote speaker, Antonio Neves helps audiences find that edge and beat burnout with three critical steps to boost workplace engagement, establish a culture of allies, and create systems for personal accountability and measurable results.

Audiences will learn how to:

  • Reignite the energy and drive that they brought to the table on day one
  • Create a culture of allies that encourages contributing rather than settling
  • Find purpose in their work and take action to spark positive change
  • Reframe challenges as opportunities they can leverage to their advantage
  • Recommit to a long-term mission that helps them power through tough times

On November 23, 2013, Dan Meers came within inches of losing his life while practicing a bungee jump and zip line stunt at Arrowhead Stadium… home of the Kansas City Chiefs. What Dan anticipated being the thrill of a lifetime ended up being the spill of a lifetime. The stunt went terribly wrong and Dan plummeted 75 feet before crashing into the stadium seats. Miraculously Dan survived. He spent 9 days in the hospital and got some really big scars. Dan smiles when he says, “Scars are just Tattoos that come with a Cool Story”. Dan is the author of the book “Wolves Can’t Fly” and during his powerful presentation Dan shares his incredible story and the important lessons that he has learned about leadership and about life.

About Dan Meers, Mascot, Motivational Speaker, Author and Family Man

He is in high demand not only as a mascot but also as a humorous and motivational speaker to audiences of all ages. His enthusiasm, optimism and love for life are contagious and make Dan an inspiration to all those he meets.

Be it young or old, executive or blue collar, his audiences walk away with a smile and a renewed spirit to live life to the fullest.

Customers stay loyal when the business they’re working with creates an emotional connection. That’s the message Patrick Henry, former Nashville songwriter and featured performer on the SiriusXM Radio Family Comedy Channels, wants his audience to take home with them.

Customer loyalty, Henry stresses, is fragile and customers will be loyal to those whom they are emotionally connected. “If you can make them feel, you can make them buy”.

Growing up in the football town of Auburn, Alabama, Patrick saw firsthand how fans are made. His background, in part, led to the realization that engagement is the foundation for loyalty, and loyalty is the foundation for emotional and financial buy-in.

Henry often says “we learn best when we are being entertained”, which is why Patrick’s audiences can look forward to humor, guitar playing, and original songs during his presentation “Becoming Remember-able”. Many of the concepts you will hear can be found in his book “The Pancake Principle: Seventeen Sticky Ways To Make Your Customers FLIP For You” which can be found on Amazon.com. When not traveling, Patrick loves spending time with his wife Lesley and three children and trying to get his golf handicap under 20.
