We are excited you will be joining us for the 2024 MSCUA Trade Show! The details below can help aid in your planning; please share with anyone from your company planning to attend the event.
TRADE SHOW AGENDA
WEDNESDAY, MAY 15
1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Exhibitor Set-up, Magnolia Ballroom (Name badges will be located at your booth, not at the conference registration desk.)
5:45 p.m. Exhibitors should be in booths
6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Exhibit Hall Open – all attendees
THURSDAY, MAY 16
7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Continental Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Morning Break in Exhibit Hall
10:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall Tear Down
Door Prize Procedure
All door prizes are the responsibility of the exhibitor to notify and deliver to the recipient. In addition to a name, please be sure you collect a valid method of contact that the individual can access/check from the convention from those entering your drawing. You may draw for and notify your winner directly by text, email, or phone any time you wish, but we suggest you do so no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Instruct your winner to come to your booth during exhibit hall hours to pick up their door prize. Unclaimed prizes are the responsibility of the exhibitor to deliver.
Can I pick my booth? MSCUA reserves sole control over booth assignments to maintain the best interest of the overall exhibit hall plan/layout, MSCUA, the vendors, or convention attendees. We will make every effort to locate your company away from a direct competitor. MSCUA has the right to move your booth to a different location after initial assignment (but if we have to do so, we will notify you).
When will I receive my booth number? We respectfully request your patience in receiving your booth number until after early-registration closes on April 16. MSCUA will provide your booth number to the booth services contact specified on your registration form as quickly as possible after that date. It will also be posted on this page in the “booth numbers and floor map” tab below.
How do I order booth services such as shipping/receiving, power, or internet and when will I receive the order form? Exagere Exposition Services services our event and will provide booth services contacts ordering information in early April.
Are there speaking opportunities for exhibitors or sponsors? MSCUA’s schedule of events does not accommodate exhibitor or sponsor presentations/sessions at this time.
Can I get a list of attendees? MSCUA will include with the booth assignment notification email a CEO contact list for all of our affiliated credit unions. Please include an opt-out option with all email communications.
In addition, we will also provide an attendee list (name and credit union only) here in the “credit union attendees” tab below. We will make every effort to keep the list regularly updated in the days leading up to the event.

*Please note that our credit unions choose & form their own teams. MSCUA cannot accommodate vendor requests to play with specific individuals, credit unions, or teams. Thank you for your understanding!

9:00 am – 1:30 pm, session, followed by Annual Business Meeting & lunch, Azalea Rooms, Conference Center, Beau Rivage
Vendors registered for the MSCUA Trade Show may attend for $109 per person.
Please refer to your booth confirmation email for the URL to make your hotel reservations as the link is included in the email. The deadline to make hotel reservations at our group rate is April 16, 2024. Please visit the hotel section of https://mscua.com/2024tradeshowdetails/ for hotel room pricing details.
Each company’s booth services contact designee will be provided an Exhibitor Service Kit from Exagere Exposition Service. All services should be ordered in advance of the trade show according to the deadlines and specifications and using the forms provided in the kit.
Please be aware:
The Beau Rivage has very limited capacity to accept/store vendor show material and prefers not to provide that service. Exagere is equipped to provide these services and includes rates and instructions in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Shipments/materials sent directly to the Beau Rivage are at your own risk – Exagere staff and MSCUA staff are not responsible for locating or delivering shipments/materials shipped directly to the Beau Rivage.
Individual loading/unloading at the Beau Rivage dock is not permitted. Please use the hotel’s Bell Services if you need to get items from your car/room to your booth.
All orders, payments and distribution for electrical drops will be handled exclusively by the Beau Rivage in-house provider, Encore Event Services. Exagere is not responsible for providing electrical or internet connections needed at the Beau Rivage.
BEAU RIVAGE BUSINESS CENTER The Beau Rivage Business Center is located in the convention center in the hallway just past the restrooms & escalator. Open 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (closed for lunch 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.).
“BORROW” BIN For your set-up convenience, a “borrow” bin will be at MSCUA’s booth with frequently needed items such as tape, scissors, etc. You are welcome to borrow an item, but please return it when you are finished so that others have access as well.
