Training Overview
With changes in the workplace – such as legalization of drugs, dress code, self-expression, social media, and covid-19 related reasonable accommodations – employers must exercise caution. This session will examine the risks, rights, and obligations of employers and employees. It is critical that your HR professionals and managers understand the importance of appropriately addressing these topics to ensure all job candidates and employees are treated fairly and equitably without creating additional risk for the credit union.

TEAM Resource’s “Doorways to Success Series: Financial Mastery” is a new approach to learning credit union financials, which are a requirement for all credit union board members as well as a tremendous value for all those who rely on ratios and balance sheets to keep the credit union running. CUNA-League System Free Small CU Webinar Series are free webinars that take place at 2 PM CT, beginning August 4, 2020 and running through Spring 2021. While subjects are wide-ranging, the webinars will aim to answer many of the biggest questions facing small credit unions, including how to gain new members, strengthen their lending, improve board engagement, invest in technology, continue serving members impactfully and many more.
