SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Gather and analyze financial information on members for the purpose of determining qualifying status for mortgage loans. Obtain additional information, collate, review, and verify a myriad of loan documents for accuracy for real estate transaction. This position also maintains thorough knowledge of lending products and services and understands the department’s internal processes that support these products and services. Must be willing to travel to Laurel until the new operations center is open in Hattiesburg. Projected to open January of 2020.

VP Electronic Delivery
Posted 08/06/20 – Family Trust Federal Credit Union, located 20 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Electronic Delivery. Founded in 1957 with over $580 million in assets, the CU has always shown a strong commitment to the financial well-being of the members, businesses, and communities of which it serves.

This person will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Credit Union’s products, services, and support via the electronic delivery channels. Assisting in creating strategy and responsible for executing on the agreed upon electronic delivery strategy.

Electronic delivery includes but is not limited to: Electronic Branch (E-Branch), Member Support (Call Center), E-Services (Mobile, Online Banking, Audio Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Bill Payment Systems, Electronic Funds Transfer, Digital Wallet, Wearables & Voice Banking, ATMs, and Instant Issue).
Candidates must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of similar or related experience, 5 years of management experience, proven leadership ability and results, a high level of integrity and trust, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach to management.

Candidates must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree, 5 – 7 years of similar or related experience, 5 years of management experience, proven leadership ability and results, a high level of integrity and trust, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach to management. Experience with Corelation core processing system is required. Relocation is not required, remote work is an option.
